About Shilpa Larkin:
Shilpa joined the practice in 2023. She enjoys providing compassionate care to patients navigating a cancer diagnosis. She has a specialty interest in breast cancer care. She participates in a weekly multidisciplinary breast cancer clinic and is active on a committee to maintain our site's NAPBC accreditation. She also finds great joy in using radiation therapy to improve functional outcomes for patients with benign conditions.
Shilpa is a Trustee at The Lexington School, a member of the Kentucky Children's Hospital Circle of Blue, and volunteers with several community organizations.
A Kentucky native, she attended Duke University for her undergraduate studies before returning to Lexington for her medical education and residency training at the University of Kentucky. She and her husband, Spencer, have two children. They hope to one day have visited all 63 national parks!
